MWS Media News: Gigs, Santa Barbara Conference Progress, Multiverse Magazine, and Residual Bliss!

MATTHEW WAYNE SELZNICK RETURNS TO LIVE PERFORMANCE!
Matt says: ?After a year-long hiatus, I?m headed back out to a coffeehouse, bar, or bookstore near you (assuming you?re in Southern California!) I?ll be at four Borders Books and Music locations in the month of May ? for details, check out http://www.mwsmedia.com/music/calendar.php. You long-time supporters will hear a few new originals and some new covers.?

GET MATT SELZNICK TO THE SANTA BARBARA WRITER?S CONFERENCE!
Matt says: ?Twenty days ago, I sent a special entreaty to many of you. I?m trying hard to raise the money to attend the 32nd annual Santa Barbara Writer?s Conference, and I need your help! The original open letter can be found here: http://www.mwsmedia.com/SBWC/.
?In a nutshell, the cost of the week-long conference, including room and board, is reasonably priced, but beyond my means. I?m scraping together what I can, but there?s no way I can raise the $1325.00 before the deadline. In the spirit of a ?rent party,? I?m asking you to help. In return for your donation of any amount, I?ll give you something in return: either a free edit and story diagnosis of a piece of your fiction up to 6,000 words, or free copies of my next two official music releases on compact disc. My normal freelance rate for editing and story diagnosis is $30.00 / hour, which is also the approximate price of two CDs ? but I will give you either of these no matter what you donate!
?In the twenty days since my first entreaty, I?ve raised $122.00 from four very generous individuals, and they have my sincere gratitude. However, there?s still a long way to go before the May 1st deadline of this ?fund drive!? Please, do what you can ? I?ll make good use of the conference, where I hope to receive inspiration and guidance regarding my novel in progress.
?Again, full details and options for donation are at http://www.mwsmedia.com/SBWC/. Thanks so much!?

MWS MEDIA FINDS RESIDUAL BLISS WITH PAYSFOREVER
As long-time associates of Matthew Wayne Selznick know, finding ways for creative people to support themselves so they can pursue their creative endeavors is a primary goal of MWS Media. Making enough money to live can be difficult if all you have is your art. It?s also hard to give all your energy to your art if you?re working a full-time job that?s unrelated to your creative goals.
MWS Media is committed to finding ways to replace the ?day job? with alternative sources of income, thereby freeing the creative person to follow their bliss and concentrate on their art. Recently, we discovered a program that?s generated more success than anything else we?ve examined.
It?s called PaysForever. Like many residual income programs, it?s an internet marketing plan. Unlike most programs that require a monthly investment, PaysForever requires just one payment of $29.00 ? no other money need ever be invested, ever! $29.00 enrolls you in a system that will literally make you money as long as you like.
In the four months MWS Media has implemented the PaysForever system, we?ve generated as much income as our other internet marketing plan (FreeStoreClub) has in a year!
If you?re interested in learning more, see http://www.paysforever.com/MM4281.htm. Yes, this site?s a little hokey, but this program works. Even if you don?t make enough from this one program to quit your day job, it?s another step in that direction!
Follow you bliss!

THANKS FOR READING!

Hey Matt - saw you on classmates.com - Remember Christi Bolton? The annoying chick down the street in Mission Viejo - Would hang out w/Geoff Carter?

This probably isn’t the proper place to post this, but how the heck else does one get a hold of MWS?

If you care to you can email me @ renae43@hotmail.com

If you don’t, it doesn’t matter.

I hope I’m not bugging you to death, but just in case you DONT remember me, perhaps I can give you a few more clues:

Alison Young, with her little red VW rabbit was one of my best friends,

Brian Hill - the long-haired drummer was my boyfriend - he ended up marrying Ann Sexton.

I remember you playing your bass w/him in his garage, I think it was “Knocking on Heaven’s Door.”

I think my hair was brown back then, or maybe it was blonde - at one point it was black, so who knows? Now it’s red.

Are you still in Mission Potato? I’m living in Hemet (middle of nowhere, but houses are cheap!)

Before I got married, Alison and I were rooming together in Temecula, I haven’t heard from her since.

Last I heard Brian and Ann were divorced and she moved back east to get her Masters Degree - Rumor has it that Brian was balding and driving a cab, but I can’t confirm that.

…and I thought that Geoff had gotten married and moved to Las Vegas, although I lived there for 3 1/2 years and never was able to locate him.

Sorry for the rambling - Christi
