		<description>Thanks for the support of the idea and of Nikol specifically, Crystal. When I heard that Nikol&#039;s tooth troubles were still going on and that lack of insurance was going to draw things out even longer, it seemed like a no-brainer to turn to the community. To me, the idea of supporting an artist in practical matters like a medical issue &lt;em&gt;as well as&lt;/em&gt; supporting their art is simply another aspect of neo-patronage.

I know I&#039;m in the minority when it comes to that world-view, and that it&#039;s perhaps an idealistic one at that.  I don&#039;t care! In my opinion, this is just another example of seeing the right thing to do, and doing it.</description>
