June 2025 Creative Endeavors Income Reporting

June 2025 by the Numbers

Every month, I share revenue and expenses directly related to my creative endeavors. This doesn’t include my work as a creative services provider working for authors, podcasters, and others, which is the majority of my monthly income (the “day job”).

I share this because you’re either a patron Multiversalist, or you’re a free Multiversalist… and it’s only fair you see how your membership (or future membership) offsets expenses and helps supplement and, eventually, replace, my other revenue streams.

Creative Revenue

  • Multiversalist patron member dues (net): $8.86, no change from May.
  • Book and music royalties (net): $5.86, down from May’s $7.70.  Royalty sources broke down like this:
    • Amazon: 70.65%
    • ASCAP: 17.07%
    • Draft2Digital: 12.29%

TOTAL REVENUE: $14.72, down from May’s $16.56, and down $26.46 from June of 2024.

Creative Expenses

$195.35 in expenses related directly to my creative endeavors in June, including four domain name registrations, software for my website, and the usual monthly hosting and related expenses.

That’s 18.67% less than May’s $240.20, but 21% less than the $245.85 spent in June of 2024.

Difference:

-180.63

$24.04 better than the balance in May, 2024

2025 Cumulative

-475.09
